At ZT 3D Fabrication, operated by ZT Digital Labs LLC, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Because many of our products are created using specialized 3D printing processes, our refund and return policy is designed to remain fair while maintaining product quality and production standards.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
The item must be returned in its original packaging when possible.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of digital fabrication and customized production, certain products cannot be returned. These include:
Custom or personalized 3D printed products
Made-to-order fabrication items
Digital files or downloadable products (if offered)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when applicable.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
In certain cases, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, particularly if the product is defective or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided that the production process has not yet started.
Because many items are produced using custom 3D printing processes, orders that have already entered production may not be eligible for cancellation.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
